RAYA SEASON RETURN POLICY

  1. Sale item(s) purchased during RAYA 2021 are not eligible to RETURN, REFUND or EXCHANGE. 
  2. Any RETURN, REFUND or EXCHANGE requests will not be served.
  3. Reasons such as:
  1. i) I changed my mind,
  2. ii) I don’t want it anymore,

iii) The color is different from the website,

  1. iv) I don’t like the design, I want change to other items
  2. v) I don’t like the material/color
  3. vi) I didn’t fit the size i ordered
  1. Will not be considered as valid grounds for refund or exchange. Unless, the item has a defect / damage. And exchange can be made one time only.
  2. Shipping cost are borne by the customer and we are not liable until item reach our office. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, your parcel will be processed within 3-7 working days once it reaches our warehouse.
  3. Due to expected heavy orders, packing process will take 4-5 working days.

  5. Please be informed that we only accept transfer via online banking for postage fee. We do not accept cash or ‘WANG POS’ from pos laju for postage fee.
  6. It is your responsibility to ensure the item(s) reaches us. We strongly suggest that you send your parcel using registered mail with a tracking number so you can track your parcel. Shipping cost of returning item(s) are not refundable and will be borne by you.
  7. We are not accountable for any problems occurring with the delivery service provider after the parcel has been sent out. Please liaise directly with the courier service  management.
  8. We reserve the right to change these policies at any time without prior notice. 

 iv) Purchase made after 4th May 2021 will not promise to arrive before RAYA Festive on 13th May 2021   

 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return the item(s) to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of the receipt confirming shipment.

2. Your request will be review within 5 working days of its receipt.

3. Reasons such as:
i) I changed my mind,
ii) I don’t want it anymore,
iii) The color is different from the website.
iv) I don’t like the design, I want change to other items
v) I don’t like the material

4. Will not be considered as valid grounds for refund or exchange. Unless, the item has a defect / damage. And exchange can be made one time only.

5. All returned item(s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval.

6. Item(s) must be unused/unwashed/unworn and in the exact condition when purchased. You must present original receipt and it must also be in the original packaging in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packed properly. We reserve the right to not accept returns and send back the items to you if we received an unsuitable condition.
